Our goal at Platinum in Perth is to provide quality service in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in offering the best salon experience to all our clients. These salon policies have been put in place to ensure smooth running of the business and for you to enjoy your Platinum experience.
In order to do this we have implemented the following salon policies:
Platinum in Perth reserves appointments especially for every client, therefore we request that each client be courteous and respectful and call Platinum in Perth promptly if unable to attend the appointment. To best utilise appointment times for all clients, Platinum in Perth will require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice , the booking fee will be non refundable.

Platinum in Perth diligently monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of the business.
